Our annual tournament is over - the eighth we have run in 10 years.

Thank you to Kaelene, who organised the raffle and sold tickets all day. And thanks to those who donated prizes - they were much sought after. The raffle raised $323 for the Club.
Thanks to Peter Wells for the sterling job of scoring whilst playing. The new Swiss format is more complex to manage. We had seven rounds of play and finished just after 6pm, which is pretty good.
Thanks to David Shaw for his role as non-playing Umpire - always a difficult task.
After the qualifying rounds, we had two teams in the top 8 (Principale): Gerry Marthe/Andres Haas/Ray Mason (6) and Graeme Houghton/Peter Gilmour/Peter Wells (8). We had two more teams in the Complementaire (Jeff Langdon/Anne Langdon/Rory Langdon and Dave Walker/Janet Lewis/David Williams). The other teams were also competitive all day.
The winners were Patrick, Vincent and Antoine, who just beat last year's winners Jessen, Stephane and Chris.
